Set
your course for Marsden Cove
Less
than two hours drive North from Auckland, New Zealand’s biggest
city and close to the entrance of the picturesque Whangarei Harbour,
lies Marsden Cove, a comprehensively planned marine township that is
setting the benchmark for marine / coastal development in the North
of New Zealand.
At the
heart of Marsden Cove is a 230 berth marina and waterfront boulevard
which when completed will become a vibrant marine destination in its
own right.
Marsden
Cove not only offers boat owners convenient all tide and weather
access to and from the ocean via the picturesque Whangarei Harbour,
it is only minutes from the main highway north.
Close by
is the beautiful 23 km long Bream Bay ocean beach. A short distance

Nature
has provided a distinctive mountainous backdrop for the marina and
township we are creating.
We began
development by building a world class marina as Marsden Cove’s
focal point. It will soon be enhanced with style waterfront boulevard
buildings offering a mix of retail space, apartments and tourist
accommodation.
Opposite
the boulevard area will be a mix of substantial free standing homes
and low rise apartment buildings.
Next
stage will involve construction of a meandering canal system
comprising approximately 700 residential lots and a mix of housing

Islands cruising grounds

Marsden Cove you can choose to cruise or fish the expansive Whangarei
Habour or explore nearby islands.

day’s boating from Marsden Cove are many picturesque mooring spots.

people residing or holidaying at Marsden Cove there will be much to
do. The marina and canal system will offer limitless opportunities to
swim, kayak or cruise the neighbourhood in the relative safety.

Marsden
